offers an excellent price/quality ratio. During aerobic activities, the Powertex membrane draws away from the body the moisture that is generated and evacuates it, distributing it
on the fabric surface, reducing internal condensation and making the speed of the evaporation a lot faster; at the same time it prevents outside water to penetrate, therefore keeping
the wearer warm, dry and comfortable.

POWERTEX ULTRA RIP
It is a lightweight, strong polyamide fabric which shares some of the characteristics of ripstop, but which has more ripstop threads, making it more resistant and durable.

POWERTEX® ULTRA 2.5 sets new standards when it comes to extremely light, highly-functional trekking and mountaineering clothing. The material combines low weight and
small packing volume with ultimate breathability and optimal weather protection. Furthermore it is pleasantly soft and gentle. Clothing made out of POWERTEX® ULTRA 2.5® can
be fabricated without any additional lining material. The newly-developed inner side feels comfortable when worn, and thanks to a special protection layer made out of dirt-resistant
and sweat-immune substances, the membrane is protected from oils, insect sprays and cosmetics without the high breathability of POWERTEX® ULTRA 2.5 being in any way
adversely affected. POWERTEX® ULTRA 2.5® clothing offers ultimate weather protection combined with extraordinary breathability, low weight and a small packing volume.
